Well, if you're reading this, you found me! I'm new to the blogging world. Not sure I have anything interesting enough to say that anyone would read but if you are, great! I decided to start blogging just to get some thoughts out into the universe rather than banging around in my head.
Let me start by telling you a little bit about me. I'm a 47 year old woman. At the moment I reside in Buffalo, NY with the love of my life. We've been married for 21+ years now. We have 4 children whom I adore. I've been a homemaker for most of our married life. I enjoy being frugal and finding ways to save. Always looking for more ways to save.
I enjoy cooking and baking. Always have. I'm contemplating going back to school in January for Culinary Arts. I enjoy learning new things and have wanted to go back to school for many years now. I haven't due to my children being younger and needing my time and attention way too much for me to concentrate on my homework. I'm very excited to start this new venture.
Well, time to get moving. I plan on making Monte Cristos for dinner. We have a local restaurant called "The Grapevine". They make a Monte Cristo that's out of this world. It's an amazing restaurant. The food there is fabulous, prices reasonably PLUS they have all kinds of fish tanks that you can dine next to for some great ambiance.
